Shock Test Systems
Shock test systems are designed to simulate mechanical shocks, helping test product durability, packaging performance, and compliance with industry standards. We offer a wide range of systems tailored to different energy levels, payloads, and test profiles.
The STM Series™ from Elstar delivers clean and precise shock testing, using a pneumatic free-fall system. Compact and self-contained, it’s ideal for R&D, and high-repetition component testing. It is a is a fully automated closed-loop control system that can handle payloads from 5kg to hundred of kilograms at a rate of up to 60 shock cycles per minute.
With amplitudes up to 2000g and minimal installation requirements, it’s a robust solution for general-purpose shock applications.
The AutoShock-II™ is a fully automated, programmable shock test system designed for repeatability, ease of use, and precise shock simulation. Featuring a PC-based control interface with advanced waveform settings, it can replicate real-world shock pulses, including half sine, square wave, and sawtooth profiles, to evaluate product fragility and optimize protective packaging. Ideal for packaging validation and industrial applications, you can systematically test and refine product design and packaging.
The SD-Series™ is engineered for high-energy, in-house mechanical shock testing during the design and evaluation stages of product development. Using a mechanical free-fall test systems, it delivers accurate and repeatable half sine, square-wave, and sawtooth pulses in compliance with current industry specifications. Ideal for demanding qualification tests across various sectors, the SD-Series ensures products can withstand the shock levels encountered in real-world operating environments.
