Des informations sont extraites des signaux et sont utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9terminer si le test est effectu\u00e9 comme souhait\u00e9\u00a0; et pour surveiller l&#039;op\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 ou l&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du dispositif test\u00e9 et ainsi d\u00e9terminer si le dispositif a r\u00e9ussi ou \u00e9chou\u00e9 le test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque signal ainsi utilis\u00e9 r\u00e9sulte d&#039;une mesure. La mesure est obtenue \u00e0 partir d&#039;un capteur connect\u00e9 ou orient\u00e9 vers l&#039;appareil test\u00e9 et d\u00e9crit d&#039;une certaine mani\u00e8re le comportement de l&#039;appareil. (Notre propre syst\u00e8me nerveux en est un bon exemple, nos organes sensoriels mesurant diverses caract\u00e9ristiques de notre environnement et transmettant des signaux au cerveau pour analyse et action.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des capteurs utilis\u00e9s pour effectuer des mesures d&#039;ing\u00e9nierie indique le large \u00e9ventail de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes qui peuvent produire des signaux avec des informations environnementales, \u00e0 des fins de test\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th><br>Type de capteur<\/th><th>Param\u00e8tre environnemental mesur\u00e9<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Microphone<\/td><td>Bruit acoustique dans l&#039;air\u00a0; discours; la musique<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Hydrophone<\/td><td>Bruit acoustique dans l&#039;eau<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>G\u00e9ophone<\/td><td>Bruit acoustique dans la terre\u00a0; perturbations sismiques<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Thermocouple<\/td><td>Temp\u00e9rature<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>D\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre<\/td><td>L&#039;\u00e9coulement d&#039;un fluide<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Compteur de pression<\/td><td>Pression de fluide hydrostatique ou dynamique<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre<\/td><td>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration m\u00e9canique, vitesse, d\u00e9placement (en mouvement)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Jauge de contrainte<\/td><td>D\u00e9formation ou tension m\u00e9canique (statique)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>EEG, ECG, pouls<\/td><td>Donn\u00e9es biom\u00e9dicales<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Chacun de ces capteurs est un type de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">transducteur<\/span> qui r\u00e9agit \u00e0 un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne physique dans l&#039;environnement et produit une tension variable dans le temps qui repr\u00e9sente l&#039;amplitude changeante de la quantit\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e. Certaines situations ou tests sont d\u00e9crits de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate par un seul signal provenant de l&#039;appareil test\u00e9. D&#039;autres tests n\u00e9cessitent des signaux provenant de plusieurs points de mesure pour obtenir une description compl\u00e8te de l&#039;\u00e9tat physique de l&#039;appareil. Pour un essai de vibration en vol ou au sol d&#039;un a\u00e9ronef ou d&#039;un missile, des capteurs peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires en un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de points de la structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les essais de vibration, le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre<\/span> est le capteur utilis\u00e9 pour mesurer la quantit\u00e9 de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration<\/span> pr\u00e9sent, au point o\u00f9 l&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre est mont\u00e9 sur l&#039;appareil test\u00e9. A partir des informations d&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, une int\u00e9gration num\u00e9rique est utilis\u00e9e pour calculer la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">rapidit\u00e9<\/span> et <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">d\u00e9placement<\/span> \u00e0 ce point sur l&#039;appareil. L&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre le plus simple mesure l&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration dans une seule direction, ou <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">axe<\/span>; cependant, des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tres \u00e0 deux et trois axes sont disponibles qui fournissent deux ou trois signaux ind\u00e9pendants, dont chacun mesure l&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration \u00e0 ce point dans une direction particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tres sont \u00e9galement disponibles dans une gamme de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">tailles, poids et co\u00fbts<\/span>. Il est souhaitable d&#039;utiliser un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre aussi petit et l\u00e9ger que possible. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement vrai pour les appareils qui sont eux-m\u00eames de petite taille (avec des zones limit\u00e9es sur lesquelles monter un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre) et de faible poids. Un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre qui p\u00e8se un pourcentage significatif du poids de l&#039;appareil fausserait la r\u00e9ponse m\u00e9canique de l&#039;appareil et invaliderait ainsi le test de vibration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est le travail de l&#039;ing\u00e9nieur de test de s\u00e9lectionner le nombre et l&#039;emplacement des points de test (montage) de l&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre sur un appareil test\u00e9, et de choisir les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tres appropri\u00e9s pour chaque point de montage. L&#039;objectif est de s\u00e9lectionner le nombre minimum de points\/acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tres qui donneront suffisamment d&#039;informations sur les vibrations pour satisfaire aux exigences du test\u00a0;
